COVID-19 COMPETITION INFORMATION

SPECTATOR FEES: DUE TO COVID, SPECTATORS WILL BE LIMITED. WE ARE WORKING WITH THE VENUE TO DETERMINE NUMBER OF SPECTATORS AVAILABLE. A SPECTATOR FEE WILL BE ADDED PER DANCER OF $ 5.00 PER SPECTATOR. THE NUMBER OF SPECTATORS ALLOWED WILL BE DETERMINED BY STATE GUIDELINES BASED ON THE RISK LEVEL OF LANE COUNTY AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT.


block scheduling: studios will have all of their dances schedule in to a block of time. these time blocks will be determined by the number of dancers in each studio competing and building capacity. please check your entry forms for more information.


MASKS: MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN THE BUILDING. FACE SHIELDS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MASKS AND EVERY PERSON (PERFORMER AND AUDIENCE MEMBER) MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE VENUE.


COVID SYMPTOMS: all attendees must be free from any covid-19 symptoms in order to attend the event. if you have a dancer who has been exposed to covid-19 or is experiencing symptoms, we will offer a full refund of fees, no questions asked. the safety of all dancers who attend our event is the highest priority.


CLEANING: we will be doing a full surface clean of backstage areas between blocks of dancers. please help us keep our space clean by limiting items taken backstage. no food or drink other than water is allowed in the backstage area.
